SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Saturday arrived in Russia’s far eastern port of Vladivostok, where he was shown nuclear-capable bombers as he continued a trip that has sparked Western concerns about an arms alliance that could fuel Russian President Vladimir Putin’s war on Ukraine.Kim’s to visit to Russia, highlighted by a summit with Putin on Wednesday, comes amid momentum in military cooperation between the countries in which North Korea could potentially seek Russian technologies to advance Kim’s military nuclear program in exchange for providing Russia with badly needed munitions.Later in Vladivostok, Kim was expected to see Russian naval ships of the country’s Pacific fleet, which could be another hint at what he wants from Russia. It follows his visit on Friday to a factory producing advanced Russian warplanes.Kim in recent months has emphasized the need to strengthen his navy to counter the advanced naval assets of the United States, ...Residents of Hay River, N.W.T., allowed to return home starting Saturday

More than a few eyebrows raised back in May when 50 Cent announced a world tour dubbed The Final Lap, which filled St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center Friday. While the man born Curtis James Jackson III hasn’t confirmed it’s his farewell tour, many wondered if it wasn’t more of a hello tour. His 2003 debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” and its monster single “In da Club” made 50 an instant star. But 50 turned out to be a star that burned hot and fast. His scored his final major hit with 2007’s “Ayo Technology,” which showed up midway through his set, and hasn’t released a new album since 2014’s flop “Animal Ambition.”As his musical career faded, 50’s business instincts kicked in and it turns out he’s pretty good at the whole entrepreneur thing. He’s made millions through a series of endorsements and collaborations in film, apparel, liquor, technology and publishing. Senior running back Savion Hart did it all for St. Thomas Academy (2-1), rushing for a pair of first-half touchdowns and adding another one through the air moments before halftime. It was a nice reward for the do-it-all senior back who is garnering interest from a number of Division I schools.“He’s probably the best running back in the state, and we ask him to block and receive the ball and do a little kick return, and he accepts his role,” said Cadets head coach Travis Walch. “He’s been a great teammate is what I have been most impressed with.”Cretin-Derham Hall (1-2) received the opening kickoff and marched 63 yards in 21 p...High school football: Forest Lake turns defense into offense in win over Mounds View
